不利气象条件的知识和管制用语

1、         雷暴产生的威胁飞行安全的主要天气现象：
1.1   湍流。
A．        颠簸强烈时，一分钟上下抛掷十几次，高度变化数十米，空速变化20KM/H以上。
B．        颠簸使机身振颤，造成进入发动机进气道的空气量显著减少，严重时会自动停车。
C．        强的颠簸会使机组和旅客十分疲劳，头昏眼花，恶心呕吐等生理不适的现象。特别是突然遇到强烈的颠簸，会因碰撞造成乘客伤亡。
在颠簸区飞行应采取的措施：
A．        不要作大的机动动作。
B．        飞行速度不能过大或过小。通常，运输机都具体规定了颠簸飞行的速度数值。高度低时按表速限制，高度高时按M限制。飞机出现抖动时，改变以下飞行速度，就可以改变垂直阵风冲击飞机的周期，抖动就会减弱。
C．        飞行高度应适当低一些。由于抖动升力系数是随M增大而减小的，所以，飞行高度越高，飞行M增加，实际飞行时的升力系数就越接近抖动升力系数

1.2     积冰  
飞机积冰形成的条件：大气中存在着温度在0度以下而仍未冻结的过冷水滴（云滴或雨滴），机体表面温度低于0度，过冷水滴就会在机体表面某些部位冻结并积聚起来，形成飞机积冰。
积冰对飞行的影响：
D．        机翼和尾翼结冰。积冰使翼状变形，从而使升力减小、阻力增大、爬高速度、升限和最大飞行速度降低，空速失速增大，燃料消耗增加，机动性能变差。
E．         风挡积冰。会使飞行员目视困难。
F．         发动机积冰。可能导致发动机喘振、停车等
飞行中遇到积冰时应采取的措施：
A．如果积冰强度较强，影响到飞行操纵时，应迅速脱离积冰区。脱离方法，一是改变飞行高度，二是改变航向。当云层的水平范围很大时，应改变飞行高度；如云层水平尺度小时，可采用改变航向的方法。实际飞行中，通常多采用改变飞行高度的方法，因为强积冰区的厚度很少超过1000米，改变高度比较容易减轻积冰的强度。

2、          雷暴、结冰和颠簸强度表达方式：
结冰强度分类：严重（SEVERE）、中等（MODERATE）、轻度（LIGHT）
颠簸强度分类：严重（SEVERE）、中等（MODERATE）、轻度（LIGHT）

3、   通话关键词及陆空通话：
3.1    通话关键词

3.2    陆空通话
3.2.1  机组通报情况及请求：
1. We have an indication of weather 50km ahead of us, request clearance to go round it./ we have an indication of weather about 50km ahead. Do you have any information about any dangerous weather in this area?
2. We have been struck by lightning, request priority landing.
3. We have been caught in severe turbulence/ we are encountering servere turbulence/ we are experiencing severe turbulence/ we have gone through server turbulence/ we feel severe turbulence, several passengers have been injured, request divert to---
4．We have encountered/ experienced continuous severe icing at this level, windshield is iced over/leading edge is iced over,  de-icing system is inoperative/ unserviceable, request descent.
5．Our windshield’s/windscreen（Britain） iced over.（注意与windshear发音区别）
6. Flight conditions are getting pretty rough.
  It has smoothed out now/ The situation is getting better.
7. Are we likely to run into turbulence on our route ahead?
8. Is there any turbulence at FL---?
9. Cleared of weather, request direct to---
10. Cleared of weather and closing back to the course.
11. Request medical assistance on landing.
12. Request ambulance and first-aid on arrival.
13. Anti-icing/ de-icing system has resumed operation, request climb.

3.2.2  管制员通知机组情况：
1. Weather conditions rapidly deteriorating.
2. Weather conditions gradually improving.
3. The thunderstorm is rapidly approaching the far end of the runway.
4. Previous/preceding B757 pilot reported moderate turbulence over LENKO/at FL---.
5.Report your intentions.
6.Report flight conditions.
7.Be aware of the weather ahead of you, keep us advised of your intention.
8.Do you require any additional assistance?
9.Keep us advised if conditions continue or get worse.
10.Medical assistance will be ready on your arrival.
11. I will contact those concerned./ we have already notified the relevant department.
12．Fenghuang airport does not meet minimum landing/takeoff criteria/ The current weather condition is below the minimum of landing/ takeoff.
13．It’s reported that flight conditions are very rough on your route ahead. Will you go back or divert to somewhere?


3.2.3  管制员指挥机组：
1. Go round the CBs by turning 30 degrees left, track out 25km from your present position.
2. Cleared to circumnavigate the build-up at your own discretion, report when clear of weather.
